I must confess I was very impressed with Mr. Matthews performance. He captured the essence of what we do, how our organization functions and design a training tailored to meet the needs of our staff. The different activities and team building exercises perfectly enhanced his presentation. My staff was very pleased and touched by his knowledge and kindness. We all agree it was a great learning experience and we can not wait for his next training session with us.

I want to let you know how much I appreciate the motivational training we got from JM Speaker. The training was excellent. I learned that even though we are all human beings and that we have many similarities we are also very unique and very different. As a manager, I need to learn how to deal with the different personalities and know what tasks to assign to the different people. I have learned over the years to be patient and to always treat people with the same respect I want to be treated with.
