I want to let you know how much I
appreciate the motivational training we got from JM Speaker. The training
was excellent. I learned that even though we are all human beings and that
we have many similarities we are also very unique and very different. As a
manager, I need to learn how to deal with the different personalities and
know what tasks to assign to the different people. I have learned over the
years to be patient and to always treat people with the same respect I want
